Scientific-Practical Conference: Organic Agricultural Production in the Belgorod Region

We served as organizers and participated in the scientific and practical conference "Organic Agricultural Production in the Belgorod Region." The conference was held on June 15 in Prokhorovka, at the Youth Initiative Center "Mir."
The event was organized by the Organic Farming Union, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Belgorod Region, the Prokhorovka District Administration, ANO Roskachestvo, OGAU "IKC APK," Individual Entrepreneur Farmer Kostyukov S. N., and NTC BIO LLC.

The event was attended by guests not only from the Belgorod Region but also from the Udmurt Republic, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, and Tula Regions. Many participants are members of the Organic Farming Union — an effective communication platform for cooperation and promotion of the interests of organic product manufacturers.
Practical Session
As part of the event, participants visited the organic production facility of Individual Entrepreneur Farmer Sergey Kostyukov, certified under GOST 33980-2016. The farmer's certified product "Belgorye Asparagus" is the first organic asparagus in Russia.
The OGAU "IKC APK" Competence Center provides support for agricultural producers in the region who wish to certify organic production under GOST 33980-2016, acting as an applicant to the accredited Roskachestvo certification body free of charge.
During the meeting, proposals were made for cooperation and joint actions in developing truly clean and healthy organic production — with care for people and nature.
